PodCamp Toronto 2010

With PodCamp Toronto 2010 just a couple of days away (well 1 day for me, I am heading up on Friday with folks from London) I thought I might throw together a quick Tumblr account to keep track of things this weekend.

More than anything I thought it would be useful for me to have some type of digital notebook where I could store my images, thoughts, ideas and other little bits of information which I collect during the weekend. I could write these things down but I typically won’t look at the paper again, so I figured that if I stored these things online somewhere they would be in my face and easily accessible.

With that said, I thought why not make this public, for others to enjoy as well.

What I would really like to see is others contributing as well, with images, ideas, thoughts, contact info and whatever else they think others would benefit from sharing while at PodCamp this weekend.

I know that people will be Tweeting, and images with be posted to Flickr, but Tweets tend to get lost after some time and Flickr images (the really ‘good’ and interesting ones) tend to not get noticed when more and more images arrive with the same tag.

So I thought that this might be a good place to store the Tweets, Images and whatever else that are worth remembering, keeping track of and letting people know of.

I historically fail big time when I try to blog over a long period of time, but when it comes to short, intense and details bursts I seem to do fine, so PodCamp sounded like the perfect opportunity.
